These Terms of Use explain the rules for using HzAma. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
HzAma is not medical advice. Running involves risk. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concern.
You are responsible for using HzAma safely, running in appropriate environments, listening to your body, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
Paid features may be offered through an App Store subscription. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and billing are handled through the App Store.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse HzAma, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the app, or use it in ways that could harm others or the product.
HzAma, including its design, content, audio systems, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by HzAma or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your personal run data (stride statistics, run history, personal stride model) belongs to you. We process it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
We aim to keep HzAma available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time. For significant changes to core functionality, we will provide reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HzAma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app notification.
